Bosede Opetubo, "Wallpaper #10"

Photographic Illustration
ARTIST STATEMENT
More frequently than not, I startle in the middle of the night, passively counting the wars waged against me over the past 35 years, and those I assume will come. My conscious mind then thrusts forward some pleasant, imagined scenes from my history and a flashing list of comforts I should be grateful for. The battle rages for milliseconds. And I fall back asleep, for the victor to determine my dreams.
