Deborah Zlotsky - Errata 3 (charcoal on paper, 12" x 9", 2018)
Each drawing is an experiment with a goal to reveal something I don’t know yet. I draw and redraw, accumulating and combining parts that don’t seem to go together. From the logical illogic of my decision-making, a lopsided system develops. Eventually, the provisional nature of connecting fragments, of processing and attempting to create order, leads to something equally convergence and non-sequitur.
