T Ranvik (likrot) - Pink Thoughts (Graphite, gel pen, ink and holographic glitter, 9" x 12", 2018)
For one of my only works in graphite, I was inspired by the monochrome softness of pencil, and contrasted it with hot pink squigglies, potentially dangerous alien life forms or just pink thoughts floating about. I also added some holographic glitter to create an effect that is best seen in real life, to create a different experience from just viewing it online.
