Suzanne Levesque - Caper (Oil and Thread on Stretched Canvas, 20'' x 16'', 2019)
As people we struggle into being and are subject to a string of moments we try to sort and combine in search of an understanding of our condition with an almost medical curiosity. I describe and analyze this circumstance in my work by inspecting and portraying these blips, pings and glances of human nature like specimens. Most of my work shows the human form but I also create spaces and experiences.
