Chelsea Cater - golden hour (gel pen on paper, 8.5" x 11", 2020)
My projects explore the psychology of personhood and place, often reacting to ideas of the natural. These days my practice consists of meditative drawing and painting on paper, depicting the moon and sky, floral motifs, and sometimes food. I also write love poems, which connect to the drawings because they convey a sensation of desire.
