STATEMENT
My current sculpture series projects neurotic behaviors into a nostalgic world of pop culture. A playful awkwardness is intended by the distortion of shape and size. My appropriation of vintage soda pop branding serves as a ruse for these neurotic inclinations. These perceptions loop, as if trapped inside a television set, constantly surfing through my past and present, meshing memory with reality and non-reality.
